Yes and no, our products are made with care and love. Furthermore, your products are very well packaged. This means that products arriving damaged will be exchanged. In case of damage, contact us directly in the Contact Us section. We will contact the delivery company in case of loss or damage.

Canada

Shipping within Canada costs 3$ and takes 1 to 8days(1 to 2 business days after dispatch). Shipping is free on orders over 35$.

USA

Shipping within the United States costs 8$ and takes 1 to 15 days(1 to 15 business days after dispatch). Shipping is free on orders over $75.

International

Shipping within the International costs 10$ and takes 7 to 27 days(7 to 27 business days after dispatch). Shipping is free on orders over 70$.

In case of loss or damage, we are not responsible, but if this happens to you, contact us directly through the Contact Us section. We will take care of contacting the delivery company (everything else depends on the company). Remember that if the product is damaged, provide us with a picture of the product; we can replace it or exchange it for a product of the same value. In case of loss, I will be responsible for requesting a refund from the delivery company to give you your money.
