What is the return policy?

All our products are as pictured. If you are not satisfied, please contact us (to do so, go to the "Contact Us" page).

Are the items final sale?

Yes and no, our products are made with care and love. In addition, they are very well packaged. Thus, any product damaged upon delivery will be exchanged. In case of damage, please contact us directly via the "Contact Us" section. We will contact the carrier in case of loss or damage.

What are the delivery fees? / When will I receive my order?

Canada

: Shipping to Canada: $3, and delivery time: 1-8 days (1-2 business days after shipping). Free shipping for orders over $35.

United States

: Shipping to the United States: $8, and delivery time: 1-15 days (1-15 business days after shipping). Free shipping for orders over $75.

International

: International shipping: $10, and delivery time: 7-27 days (7-27 business days after shipping). Free shipping for orders over $70. (Promotional codes not included)

What is the policy for loss or damage?

In the event of loss or damage, we are not responsible. However, if this happens, please contact us directly via the "Contact Us" section. We will be responsible for contacting the carrier (the rest depends on the carrier). If the product is damaged, please provide us with a photo; we can replace it or exchange it for a product of equivalent value. In the event of loss, we will be responsible for requesting a refund from the carrier. For more information, please contact us.

Where are our products manufactured?

All our products are handmade in Laval, Quebec, CANADA, with care and love to offer you a more perfect item.

What happens if my order doesn't arrive within the given timeframe?

We apologize, but this is not our fault. Please contact us via the "Contact Us" section. We will call the carrier and send you an email in any case. Please do not lie. Additionally, you will receive a small gift with your next order!
