Quelle est la politique de retour ?

All our products arrive as shown in the image. If you are not satisfied with the product, please contact us (to contact us, go to the "Contact Us" page).

Are the items final sale?

Yes and no, our products are made with care and love. Furthermore, your products are very well packaged. This means that products arriving damaged will be exchanged. In case of damage, contact us directly in the Contact Us section. We will contact the delivery company in case of loss or damage.

What are the delivery charges? / When will I receive my order?

Canada

Shipping within Canada costs $5 and takes 1 to 2 days (1 to 2 business days after dispatch). Shipping is free on orders over $35.

USA

Shipping within the United States costs $8 and takes 1 to 15 days (1 to 15 business days after dispatch). Shipping is free on orders over $75.

International

Shipping internationally costs $10 and takes 7 to 27 days (7 to 27 business days after dispatch). Shipping is free on orders over $70.

What is the policy in case of loss or damage?

In case of loss or damage, we are not responsible, but if this happens to you, contact us directly through the Contact Us section. We will take care of contacting the delivery company (everything else depends on the company). Remember that if the product is damaged, provide us with a picture of the product; we can replace it or exchange it for a product of the same value. In case of loss, I will be responsible for requesting a refund from the delivery company to give you your money.

If my order doesn't arrive within the given timeframe?

We sincerely apologize, but this is not our fault. Please contact us through the Contact Us section. We will call the delivery company and send you an email in any case. However, you will receive a small gift with your next order!
